Employees are kind and patienthe, food tasted fresh and was prepared with care, the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The dining area was clean. I really do enjoy this location off of East 10th street.
Been a while since I visited a go to staple for my pallet.Went for my always Italian Herb and Meatball..Noticed they finally had (all restaurants) or should be had, their own hot bar for warm food, seperated and heated from what I am used to normal being with the cold case items. The gentleman who work the lunch shift are always SO nice! The food is prepared well and you can tell they genuinely care about their jobs and customers. The manager also stepped in to help when there was an issue with another customer. Don’t often see that in retail or fast food. 10/10!
