This is the best Subway on the near-Eastside, and one of the best in the entire city. Clean, fast, and accurate, along with great customer service...

The gentleman who work the lunch shift are always SO nice! The food is prepared well and you can tell they genuinely care about their jobs and customers. The manager also stepped in to help when there was an issue with another customer. Don’t often see that in retail or fast food. 10/10!

This Subway is terrible. I’m not one to leave reviews, but I ordered online and got 2 pretty basic sandwiches without many toppings - and both were wrong, missing ingredients you pay extra for (such as extra cheese and bacon). They also forgot the cookie.

They show a lot of meat on the sandwiches but you don't get it on there.

Employees are kind and patienthe, food tasted fresh and was prepared with care, the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh. The dining area was clean. I really do enjoy this location off of East 10th street.

Nice store with nice employees. Honestly one of the better quality subways in the area but they aren’t staffed well enough to handle the volume of customers they get. Don’t expect your order to be ready when you order online especially during lunch rush. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes from my quoted order ready time. I order online specifically so I don’t have to wait in line during my lunch hour so I could run other errands. It sucks I had to wait so long and was late back to work. It isn’t the employees fault, they aren’t properly staffed to handle the lunch rush and online orders. To make matters worse I got back to work and they completely did not make my sandwiches correct. The toppings and sauces were mixed up between the two sandwiches I ordered.

Been a while since I visited a go to staple for my pallet.Went for my always Italian Herb and Meatball..Noticed they finally had (all restaurants) or should be had, their own hot bar for warm food, seperated and heated from what I am used to normal being with the cold case items. NICEBut with temp regulations, even after a toasted italian bread, not two minutes after my sandwich was delivered with efficient care and handling, my meatballs where in a fight to catch up with the heat outside, much greater then theirs.Condiments, I can understand can put a chill on my hot food, but.. My meatballs where always hotter in the cold case, then in the new seperated hot case.

A lot of SUBWAY's can be stuck in following a 'script'. I appreciated how the sandwich creator greeted me, looked me in the eye, and really listened to what I had to say. They weren't on auto-pilot just trying to get through it.I had a well put together sandwich at a decent price, in a clean and peaceful spot. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Ordered a foot long oven roasted turkey. They have covered the glass with a decal on the first section of the counter where they cut the bread and add the meat. You cannot see anything. The woman who added the toppings gave me four slices of tomato. Not even enough to cover the foot long from end to end. I paid $10.00 for this sandwich. Got home and basically had a bread and lettuce sandwich. There was only one thin layer of turkey. I literally couldn't even taste it.Franchisees, QUIT BEING SO DAMNED CHEAP! Another paper thin slice of turkey or an extra slice or two of tomato is not going to bankrupt you!
