Great experience!! Small little place with great character. I've seen several questions about the setup for concerts. Standing room only but there is a Hightop behind the bar with 10 or so seats. There is open door in the back the leads to where you can get food and play pinball
Best metal music venue in Indy!
They have root beer on tap and a parking lot. I could not ask for more from a bar.

Black Circle is a popular venue for live music in Indianapolis. The metal bands booked here keep the scene alive, with amazing shows like Crowbar. The venue hosts events like metal karaoke, which are very fun, although more people attending would make it even better. Some guests wish for more restrooms and more bartenders during busy events, but overall, it remains a lively place with great atmosphere and plenty of areas to enjoy the show, both in seats and on the open floor.
