“Very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings.

We waited 40 minutes just to place our order, even though there were only about four tables. Our drinks were never refilled unless we asked.

The reason for the slow service seemed to be that our waitress was trying to eat her lunch while serving tables, which felt unfair both for us as customers and for her as an employee.

To make things worse, the fries we ordered had a hair in them, and when we told the staff, they simply ignored it.

We used to come here when we wanted something quick and simple, but after this experience we won’t be coming back.“

“Absolutely love the pumpkin pancakes so much, that I get them every visit! And summer the lemon blueberry. We ask for Layla every time, she knows what we drink and brings them before we ever ask. She jokes with my husband which he loves. She's funny, super sweet and such a great waitress. We've been coming here for a few months now, after leaving another pancake place, because of the food and service here. We bring all of out out of town guests here and upon a return visit this is where they want to come. Layla makes each visit the best part of our day!“

“Nice souvenir shop. Very nice lady working there. The shop is in a giant building with a Hyatt Regency, bank, restaurants, and offices. Not sure if it was because it was a Sunday afternoon but the building felt like a dead mall. Surprisingly though, this souvenir shop was packed with people. They have a good selection of Indiana souvenirs at reasonable prices.“

“An impromptu date night with jazz. My husband & I decided to find a venue with food since our fav downtown only serves snacks. We were blessed because not only was a New Orleans brass band playing but we had an amazing three course meal with a perfect seat at the end of the bar. The food was divine. The restaurant has a beautiful, elegant atmosphere without feeling overly formal, which made it perfect for a nice dinner together. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell that a lot of attention goes into both the ingredients and the way each dish is prepared.
The service was also excellent — friendly, attentive, and professional without making us feel rushed. We were able to relax, enjoy our dinner, and have a really nice evening together.
I also loved that the menu has plenty of options while still feeling thoughtful rather than overwhelming. And definitely save room for dessert!
Overall, we had a great experience and left very happy with our choice. Seasons 52 is definitely a place we would come back to for another date night or special occasion. Highly recommend!“

“The Ocarina of Fries! I’ve never tasted anything like this in my life of dining. Waffle Sweet potato fries with cinnamon and Brown sugar, Cream cheese sauce topped w/ Chives! OMGOODNESS!!! Then The Perfect Pizza totally lived up to its name. Oven baked Flatbread, marinara from the gods, old world pepperoni, fresh mozzarella and peppadew peppers. I added chorizo. Deeeeeeeeelicious! Soooo good!“

We had a party of 25+ people that we needed to reserve a room for an after engagement dinner and everyone we spoke with on the phone and at the restaurant were super helpful and accommodating. We have been customers for years and this was our first time having something this big. Hats off to all who were involved and making all of us feel so welcomed. They even gave the engagement couple a card signed by all the staff…..who does that anymore?? We are big on great customer service and it’s rare to find these days. Again, thank you everyone we are customers for life!“
