“We came here starving after a long day of moving, and it was hopping inside. We were quickly sat and promptly greeted by our server I believe was Cheyenne. She was wonderful and sweet. Food tasted great and what I loved most was everyone here from managers to hosts to servers to bussers were working together. Getting refills, checking on tables, etc. love to see it! “I ordered my meal online and did the curbside service. I only waited 2-3 minutes to get my food. The young lady that brought it out was very courteous and friendly; smiling. The food was hot and tasty when I received it. This was my first time trying Zaxby’s and it was a really great experience! Definitely going again.”

“The burger was fine. The fries were cold. Plus it was extremely slow, my wife WALKED to the nearby Walmart to use the restroom and was done before I got through the drive thru. I then drove over to pick her up. When I got my order the line was wrapped around the entire building. I believe the late, great Dave Thomas would be embarrassed by this store's performance.”
