“I haven't been to a subway for a while because I am trying to stay as carb-free as possible. When I entered, and was immediately greeted by Cheryl, I asked if they had any carb-free alternatives. She immediately told me that I could have any sandwich done as a bowl or a salad. I chose to have a Philly cheese steak salad and it was fantastic. All three of the ladies that were in the store at the time were great, but I have to give a special shout out to Cheryl for her personality, professionality, and just all out great service. I also was trying to kill time because my car was in the shop and I was walking from the repair shop, and I sat there for quite a while and nobody complained and was just very pleasant”

“I ordered my meal online and did the curbside service. I only waited 2-3 minutes to get my food. The young lady that brought it out was very courteous and friendly; smiling. The food was hot and tasty when I received it. This was my first time trying Zaxby’s and it was a really great experience! Definitely going again.”

“The burger was fine. The fries were cold. Plus it was extremely slow, my wife WALKED to the nearby Walmart to use the restroom and was done before I got through the drive thru. I then drove over to pick her up. When I got my order the line was wrapped around the entire building. I believe the late, great Dave Thomas would be embarrassed by this store's performance.”

I had no idea what to order or how to make it, but I have an open palette. The sub of the day is a great deal so I order that.

I told the guy there named Sami, make the sub of the day like you’d make it for you. He checked if I was ok with spicy and made me a delicious sub.

He regularly now makes me the sub of the day his way and it’s amazing! You see Sami there he is actually a sandwich artist!”
