El Toro of Plainfield is a charming restaurant with a unique atmosphere, featuring nicely decorated walls with paintings and eclectic decor. The menu is extensive, offering a variety of options for diners, including great vegetarian choices. Reviewers have praised the BOSS BURRITO, calling it "to die for" and one of the best they've ever had. The restaurant is seen as an upgrade version of other El Toro locations in town, with a really unique Mexican ambiance. Guests appreciate the tasty salsa and the good margaritas served in pretty glasses. While some dishes, such as the chicken enchiladas, have received mixed reviews, the restaurant's burritos are consistently praised for their abundance and flavor. Service is friendly and attentive, although there have been some minor hiccups in delays. Guests also enjoy the complimentary chips and salsa served at the table. Overall, El Toro of Plainfield offers a pleasant dining experience with a reasonable price tag, making it a good choice for celebrations and family outings, as it provides lots of choices for kids and easy parking.
