Imagine being the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES .... but not having pancakes everyone can enjoy.
🤡
What a horrible business move. Charge more if you must, but bring back the gluten friendly pancakes. you just devastated a lot of kids (and adults). We will never return.
Had a very sweet server but had an issue of an overcharge to my card. The manager at the Springfield, Missouri location on Kansas Expressway is a total A**HOLE. Refused to refund the balance difference and was absolutely rude about it. Sorry but I won't EVER be back!
The IHOP restaurant offers a diverse dining experience. The service quality can vary, with some servers providing excellent customer service, while others may seem less experienced. The food quality is also mixed, with some dishes being delicious and satisfying, while others, such as old bacon, poorly-smelling hash browns, and undercooked pancakes, can disappoint. The cleanliness of the restaurant can also be an issue, with some tables remaining dirty for an extended period, attracting flies. However, the restaurant is known for its affordable and delicious offerings, including the popular sirloin tips with extra mushrooms and onions. The staff are attentive and polite, with servers like Angel and Maria receiving praise for their kindness and good service. Customers also appreciate the restaurant's willingness to accommodate special requests, as seen when the night manager, George, was able to substitute hash browns with Redskin potatoes. Overall, IHOP provides a somewhat uneven dining experience, but with the potential for a pleasant visit if the service and food quality meet expectations.
