Our server Eric greeted at as soon as we came in and seated us and asked our drink orders immediately. Food was hot, delicious and fulfilling and Eric made sure to check on us often. Really enjoyed the food and Eric’s amazing customer service

went to IHOP in bellevue Nebraska and food was not good. I went since I like their pancakes and food it self was not at good quality. Hashbrowns were not cooked all the way. poched egg was overcooked. Not impressed at all.

I used to come to this place all the time under the old manager who was the best. Now it’s ran with unprofessional and lazy employees. The waitress (a young Latina) was scrolling TikTok on her phone the whole time when I went in to pick up my food and took her at least 10 min to even acknowledge me. all of the tables were dirty.. on top of that, they made me wait an additional 30 minutes after the app said my food would be ready and they weren’t even busy. Their only redeeming factor is the young man who was trying his best a different night I came in here

Place clean and good service except: old bacon with “old” cooking oil odor, and hard to bite (old bacon as well), the same for the hash browns )very bad smell. Pancakes were not made right, undercooked with batter in the middle.

My husband and I ordered breakfast for our family to be delivered using Uber Eats. I didn’t leave the review on Uber Eats because delivery was good, no issues there. However my complaints are surrounding the food and a mistake made on my husband’s order. First, the food was cold. Second, we ordered 3 stacks of 3 and 4 pancakes. There was only 4 small containers of syrup, which clearly was not enough. The toast was stale. The omelet my husband ordered wasn’t supposed to have cheese because cheese makes him sick, but it came drenched in cheese. This happens often to him so we thought we would just ask for a refund, but IHOP doesn’t allow a refund of any kind for any reason through Uber Eats. That omelet costs $17.49 on an order that totaled $105.89. If you can’t back up the orders you send out for delivery then maybe don’t offer that service! Furthermore, this whole review could’ve been avoided if you had just issued the refund!
