This Waffle House has always been a 10/10 experience. I have nothing bad to say. They always have great food, a good value, incredible service, and very kind employees! Our server (who's name I believe was Shoshanna) was so very sweet and went above and beyond! Checked in frequently w/ out being overbearing, gave us everything we needed, and offered the best recommendations. Very friendly staff, remained calm although they were very busy, management was very comforting, made my family and I feel so welcome, great music, and clean restaurant, also very short wait time, and the food was nothing less than AWESOME! This is my favorite Waffle House In Louisville and I will return every single time!

Billie and Dee make that place, so awesome with customers, talk with you like they have known you forever. This place is hopping all the time, rain or shine. All they staff are friendly, I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in.
