I would give 5 stars because service is excellent and coffee is great, when an order gets messed up it is fixed with no question, but at the drive thru, why does your card reader ask for a tip before the customer has even received their order? Throughout January of 2023 I visited this Starbucks location 27 consecutive days in a row because I was gifted during the 2022 holidays their 2022 Black Friday “deal,” a dark green 2022 re-useable tumbler for a daily free grande ☕️or ?!I often visited in-store during their “peak” daily morning rush between 7:15 am - 7:30am. They are generally pretty quick but they get busy at times and have plenty of difficult customers come through, so have patience and grace. The workers have never been rude or unpleasant with me. The drinks are almost always perfect and worth the wait.
