“i follow a blogger on youtube that travels the world. he is visiting Ethiopia and through watching it learned that Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee. So i googled Ethiopian coffee shops in Louisville and found Abol cafe. visited today and had some pour over coffee, it was the best coffe i've ever had, and i have tried coffee everywhere!!!! believe me when I say this place has the best Coffee around. This place more than exceeded my expectations of Ethiooian Coffee!!!! I will be visiting this place alot more.“

“while at work today, we were gifted some delightful and delicious cake type donuts which are my absolute favorite type of donuts!! there were so many different flavors and I had two I had the blueberry which was amazing and a regular glazed and every bite was so rich in Flavor <3 thank you so much for allowing our staff and residents at Crestview Nursing home get to enjoy these great tasting treats!!“

“This is a fantastic place to get your coffee fix and a quality breakfast. The staff are very kind and personable, they want to get to know you. The espresso is very very good, locally roasted by Ithmah Coffee Roaster. It has a cozy atmosphere with comfortable seating. They also hold many events that you and your loved ones can attend. 10/10 would recommend!“

“I spent my mornings here during my stay in Louisville during Louder Than Life. There was no better way to start your day than to chit chat to the beautiful owner of this place. I am missing my morning Americano brew and a yummy sandwich as I get back to my "normal" life here in Canada. If you are in the vicinity of this cafe, please do yourself a favor and drop in. I hope I get to make it back next year for LTL and a fresh brewed cup.“

“I moved to Louisville 2 years ago and this has been one of two coffee shops I regular. The coffee is good (iced vanilla latte goes for about $7-9) and its a great place to study/work for a few hours. The staff (and owner) are always friendly and its always very clean and well kept.“

“They ain’t kidding when they say this espresso is stronggg & smooth!! This espresso is like a cozy slap in the face that wakes you up & makes you wanna kick the day’s butt. This coffee is not for you if you like drinking milk & sugar with heavy syrups & a hint of coffee. I would say the lavender paired with the strong espresso might be a little close to overbearing. BUT. Still one of the best lattes I’ve had. Really cool atmosphere & a staple of the Louisville area.“

“Our car broke down nearby and my daughter and I where stranded along with two puppies for several hours… the owner of Coffee Crossing let us stay there till help arrived, gave us free drinks (a well needed coffee for myself and a smoothie for my daughter) and had someone being out a water bowl and dog treats for our pups… I was blown away and so thankful for the kindness that was shown to us. Thank you all so much!! I will forever be grateful… I will definitely have to visit again sometime under better circumstances haha.“
“Just bought a meal replacement protein shake from Jeff City Mix off Tenth Street in Jeffersonville, IN. I got the thin mint with an extra shot of creatine.
My favorite part is that the shake tastes like a milkshake w/o the sugar and gross feeling, and it doesn’t have that distinct protein shake chalky consistency. It’s so good and I’ll be trying more flavors in the future.“
“This 7 brew is my favorite! I go here very frequently. Most of the staff is very nice and my drinks are always on point. Today I had a run in with the same employee I’ve had an issue with in the past but the male manager on duty came to speak to me directly about the girl, apologized to me and also tried to compensate for the issue. I never got his name but he is always so upbeat and gives off the BEST energy! I always stop here before work in the morning and he makes my day start off so bubbly! This guy is top tier!“

“We stumbled upon Pearl Street Coffee house while visiting Louisville from out of town. The atmosphere is so cozy and the staff are so friendly and helpful! Our coffee and breakfast wraps were delicious and very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!“

“I go to this location two or three times a week and do so because the staff is always so friendly. Specifically, I want to recognize Layton. As I work early myself I am usually there before 6 AM. He is always so friendly and upbeat and he is the main reason I go there. His positive attitude and smile help to get my day off to a good start. Thank you, Layton.“

“Where to even begin?! This is more than an amazing play space and cafe; it’s a place where caregivers can actually get a much needed breather while kids are able to be kids in a safe space. Plus it’s a hub of activity. They are always offering new classes, camps and childcare options. My kiddo took an art class here that was 10/10. They also are very community-minded. They’ve hosted a pantry on-site and offer play days at significantly reduced cost. Amazing people. Amazing atmosphere. Highly recommended GlowWorm!“

“I ordered this on Uber Eats so I can’t rate the atmosphere (thought it looks adorable.) The Ube Matcha was the best matcha I’ve ever had, definitely in Louisville but probably anywhere. I also got one of the croissants and it was DELICIOUS. I can’t wait to come in person. Also everything was packaged well for delivery. 10/10 I want this matcha everyday now“
