“I ordered a sandwich today with provolone cheese instead of cheddar. As they were about to throw the cheddar on I said "that is supposed to be provolone". The man tried to take the cheddar off and I told him not to worry about it. He told me he would make a new one. I said that wasn't necessary and it was no big deal. No reason to waste what was being made over some cheese! He added the provolone. He offered me fries, a drink whatever to make me happy! I declined. I said it would be fine. As a restaurant owner I know how hard things are right now but that is the kind of service you want to see when a mistake is made. Super nice people just trying to make it right! “The food is delicious. I had the 3 bacon cheese steak sandwich meal.it came with fries. And I got a milkshake. My husband got the teriyaki boneless wings. They both were very good. The portions are sufficient for the price. They have a drive thru for convenience. They were quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend Charley's Cheesesteaks and Wings.Parking: Plenty of parking. Parking for cars up to semis. Plenty of room.“
