Update: I go to McAlister's a few times a week. They have always been really good at getting my order right. Today an item was left off and I understand life happens it is not the end of the year. The manager was there to correct the problem. She went above and beyond and I could tell she was having a day of it. I just want to say thanks for being gracious and keep up the good work!
