I just went in to get a sandwich and needed to order a gluten free sandwich for my celiac daughter. Alex asked if it was an allergy and I said yes, he proceeded to wipe everything down, change gloves, get clean utensils, and supervise his staff on how to safely prepare the sandwich. I thanked him (and the guests waiting behind me) for his thoroughness and he told me he understood because his mom also has celiac disease. I appreciated him and his team so much. Love me some Jersey Mike's! If my husband and I make a stop at Swig, you better believe we grab some subs from here to go before grabbing a fancy soda next door. Best cheap date idea - bring it home and watch a movie. Especially on a rainy day! There's a reason Jersey Mike's has surpassed Chick-fil-a in customer satisfaction.
