Pretty poor experience all around. I had to ask for napkins and sauce. The burritos were all refried beans and no chicken. Although I spent over $20 for two chicken burritos, supreme, unsweet tea and an order of pintos and cheese. The person who took my order almost handed me the wrong bag and then thought better of it. I'm going to have to be pretty desperate to go back to Taco Bell.
The food service at this place has always been hit or miss depending on what day and time you go which is the 1st red flag. I always preferred the Preston Highway location over this one for this exact reason, but since they've closed I've had no other choice but this one. Today was the last straw when I found a strand of hair in my food mid bite. I will never go back to this location again. I'd rather go to Qdoba...

My husband and I ordered 2 cantina chicken meals. Our son called while we were in the drive through line and was having a problem so we didn't check the order as usual. When we got home, we were very disappointed to find out that we did not get what we ordered. We got a bag of food that we guessed was a Mexican pizza meal! So we had food for 1 person with 2 people! Very unprofessional and disappointing ? we paid for 2 meals so got ripped off double!
