Service late at night has been terrible over the past two weeks. Idk what has happen but it is terrible experience and will looking to go other places. Suggest other people to go else where.
They forgot one of our combo meals in the drive thru but quickly made up for it and gave us extra fries! Hot and fresh food. Higher than normal prices for a McDonalds.
This McDonald’s has earned my loyalty forever even though there is another one the same distance away on Preston. The staff is always friendly. This place gets very busy sometimes and they understandably get backed up. But they don’t let that affect their attitudes. If there is an issue with your order and you let them know, then they will sincerely apologize and they go above and beyond to fix it. Shoutout to the shift managers and all of the staff.
