My concern is when the orders are to go the workers do not bag your food. There are times I have spent over $40 and have to ask for a bag and then I have to bag it. Don't understand this for customer

Only 2nd time I have eaten at Jersey Mike's. First time was in Cincinnati. This was was as wonderful as my first sub. Got the Philly steak both times. Delicious. Cookie was good too. My hubby got the Big Kahuna and he loved it. Warm bread, melted cheese, you just can't go wrong.

Ordered 2 sandwiches thru DoorDash and only received one. The bag was sealed and undisturbed so I knew that the delivery person hadn’t taken it so called the store to report the missing sandwich and the guy who answered was very rude and even insinuated that I was lying. He claims to have placed me on hold (for less than a minute) to go look at the camera and states he saw both sandwiches placed in the bag which was an out right lie! I asked if I could see it on camera, he said no and he wasn’t gonna refund me. He also said if I complain higher, he would get that complaint anyway because he’s the general manager. I asked for his name and he hesitated and said “Jack” so he’s probably lying about that too. DoorDash refunded me but it was not their mistake! I love Mike Jersey and have ordered many times but will no longer patronize the one at 3013 Poplar Level Road Louisville Ky 40217

I see why Jersey Mike's Subs doesn't have their Facebook page set up for someone to be able to leave a review. I was taking my guys there for lunch. After standing in line for 15 minutes, one of my guys walked out and went to Taco Bell across the parking lot because he was tired of waiting. Me and the other guy waited another 10 minutes to place our orders. He tried to order a hot sub, and was told he would be better to order a cold sub, because it would take 15 to 20 mins to get the hot sub. Do they not realize that some people only get 30 minutes for lunch? The back line had 6 people working on online orders with around 15 cold sandwiches being made and around 10 hot sandwiches on the grill. The front line was slow as shit, as there were only 6 people ahead of us and it took 25 minutes before someone took our order. Anyway, we left and went to Qdoba, where we had our orders made and were walking out the door within 5 minutes. To top off that bullshit, I get to my sisters house where we are going to do a few things and my niece who works/worked there, informed me that they called her in this morning to fire her. The reason they let her go after over 7 months of working there is because they said there was too much drama around her. She was a shift manager. The only "drama" around her was that she held the workers accountable during her shifts. So they missed out on selling 3 lunches today and any future business from me.

Honestly the food was yummy so I’m glad I tried it. But, the customer service was subpar and the girl working the cash register was so rude, it just made it unpleasant. No one asked us how we were doing or said hello. The cashier seems to have a bad attitude and I watched her interact with several customers the same way, just dismissive, arms crossed, terrible body language, no eye contact, she just didn’t seem like a nice person and she definitely didn’t want to be there. I think she should be put at another station so a better employee can handle customers.
