“Wow! The food really is yummy! The owner welcomed us as if we knew him for years. I don’t know his name, but wish I found out since we are best friends now. This guy was so nice and happy to see us even though we didn’t know him. Just look at him rushing over to ask how we are doing! The food was all organic, and no fake ingredients, we were told. My new best friend told us all about the cooking process, and how much attention to detail is used, and you can tell it is really true. “I make a stop at Royals every time I travel through Louisville! The food was delicious as always, got tenders with spicy wedges and mac n cheese. Replaced my usual bourbon shake with the pink lemonade wimce I had a 6 hour drive ahead of me and it was so refreshing.“

“Been one of my favorites since 2019 when one of our close friends introduced us here. Chicken fingers are always crunchy and paired with their yummy, flavorful signature Cane's sauce is ? so good. My usual order is the caniac combo and I switch the coleslaw to another bread. (Not a big fan of coleslaw in general). The bread pairs well dipped on their sauce as well. Sometimes I ask for the bread to be buttered on both sides? Raising Cane's is definitely one of my cravings and when you're craving it, it hits really good!“
“Consistently good quality. Great take out option of wanting healthy items (chicken) but also if you just want something delicious (all of the sides). We often get take out and it's always fast and staff are friendly. Inside is clean, plenty of seating if you want to dine in.“

About 12 bucks for a 4 chicken finger lunch but it will fill u up. Great service and very very clean dinning area and restrooms. “Philip Parrino and I went to Zaxby’s at 807 Blankenbaker Pkwy tonight. We are members of the Zax’s Rewardz Group. We used our mobile app to see how many points we had and if they had any specials. We decided to use our $5.00 reward. We placed our online order and drove straight to Zaxby’s and went into the restaurant. Our order was ready and we had already paid online for it. We ordered Phil the Asian Zen Zalad. The zalad comes with mixed greens, carrots and red cabbage, wonton strips and Asian slaw and Teriyaki with fried or grilled chicken with Citrus Vinaigrette. It is served with a veggie egg roll. It is so tasty. I took a small portion of Phil’s salad and ate it with my chicken fingers. Everything was so good and fresh and delicious.Elizabeth came out from behind the counter and checked on us several times. We finished eating and refilled our ice teas and said our good byes to Elizabeth. It was about closing time so of course it was quiet and we enjoyed being out together. “Very confusing experience. Came here for dinner on 4/5 on recommendation. Im not from the area and we don't have this chain where I live. Got the Candiac Combo. Food was extremely fast, fresh, and steaming hot. Fries were crispy and salted, Cole slaw was cold and tasty. The Canes sauce is delicious. However, the chicken could not be more bland. It tasted of absolutely nothing. No spice. No salt. Not even chicken really. They were cooked perfect and were hot as can be, but they were the most vague tenders I have ever had in my life. Not a flavor to be found. For a food chain borne in Louisiana, I was shocked. Didnt taste the batter. Didnt taste the oil. The chicken equivalent of Dasani. Its a problem when its the star of your culinary show.The restaurant was clean. The staff was so nice and friendly. Nothing this restaurant could have done better. Just whoever at corporate decided the breading recipe mustve lost their tastebuds during the pandemic.“

The amount of seasoning was good. However, way too much salt was used.When I happened to be in the area again. I will try the regular chicken.“

They're pot pie is just like grandma's and their prices are fair, ( no more or less than other chicken places. The service has always been friendly when I was there. The only complaint I have is you have to get there early because they will sell out of their goodness quick!!“

“1st time there. LOVED the egg roll and sauce to dip in was fabulous! Will be going back just for them. Had the Asian salad with fried chicken...give it a 5..needed something else on it like ? Green onions...slaw to meat ratio was off/ dressing was good. Savannah @ register was friendly and brightened up the room with her personality.
