We got exceptional service from Makayla and Anthony, everyone was very welcoming, and patient as we ordered! The place was so nice and clean, food was definitely worth the wait, he loved it! The price was reasonable as well, I was expecting to pay more!“

“Since my youngest daughter came over to go through her things it was decided that Chick-Fil-A would be the food of choice. Service is always polite. The order is generally always accurate and the drive through line moves quickly. In an era when fast food service can be hit or miss it is nice to know that Chick-Fil-A delivers what is expected.“

“One of the best experiences I had all day like a hungry caniac starving ready to eat my arm off the cashier Lou greeted me in a happy-go-lucky mood ready to get a order going full of energy and very friendly I had to get the manager just to praise Lou ! I always get consistently good service on Dixie highway at this raising Cane's I have never ever had a issue a messed up order or even left the parking lot irritated and that's easily done with me! My only problem with the franchise of raising Cane's is the fact that southern Indiana does not have the first they're everywhere else they are delicious and I crave it sometimes do yourself a favor and put one on veterans parkway!!!

“Chick-fil-A never disappoints! The chicken was hot, juicy, and cooked just right. I also had the fruit salad, and it was fresh, sweet, and a perfect complement to the meal. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick even during a busy time. Always a reliable place when you’re looking for a great meal. I’ll definitely be back!“

“Raising Cane’s was a pretty good experience overall. The atmosphere inside was welcoming and lively, and you could definitely tell the location was busy. The food was decent and consistent with what I’ve come to expect from Raising Cane’s, and everything was enjoyable.

The biggest challenge was finding a parking spot. The parking lot was extremely crowded, which is probably a good problem for the restaurant to have because it clearly shows they’re getting plenty of business. Still, I think having some additional parking spaces would make the overall experience a little more convenient for customers.

The lady working at the counter was absolutely wonderful. She was super friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude, which really stood out during my visit. Great customer service can make a big difference, and she definitely made the experience better.

Overall, a solid visit with good food, a nice atmosphere, and excellent customer service. If they could improve the parking situation, I’d have a hard time finding much else to complain about.“

“Food is always good, but when it comes to order accuracy they are not always the best with large orders. Consistently when doing this they always forget to remove pickles when asked for a plain sandwich. Hopefully they will get this problem fixed.“

“As I told Jacob when I got to the window, I never leave reviews for businesses. I’m leaving this one because it is sadly becoming rarer and rarer to find outstanding customer service nowadays, especially in fast food. In the short interaction I had with Jacob as he took my order in the drive thru, he gave better customer service than I’ve had in any sit down restaurant, let alone in a fast food drive thru. He was kind, professional, authentic, and extremely helpful with the ordering process. His customer service puts Chick-Fil-A to shame, especially because it felt authentic and not forced. I know it sounds ridiculous to leave a review like this for a Drive Thru order, but he seriously made an impression and it made my day. Dude deserves some kind of recognition, and if Zaxby’s was smart, they would do whatever they can to get this guy contributing in a bigger way to their business, possibly through training at other locations. Jacob, thank you dude! If I was still managing restaurants I would have tried to poach you! Keep up the great work!

“So happy we have Korean fried chicken near us now! Woohoo! Just what we needed. Love the soy garlic and honey garlic chicken wings. My 11 yr old daughter loves the rose teokbokki (she likes spicy food) and my 7 yr old son loves the chicken wings and taro milk tea with popping boba! Husband likes gochuchang chicken tenders. Such a treat for the whole family. We probably drive in at least once a week. Lol!“

Food was fresh ( they even let us know how long we were going to wait) the two ladies in the front had a great attitude they were nice enough to give the kids a drink while we waited. So here is my BUT I was not happy that my rice n beans were more beans then rice because they chose to do it wrong.“
