Food is amazing here. This is the only location i go too in the city food is always hot and fresh
Outstanding food and genuinely compassionate management!
I stopped by the Zaxbys on Dixie Hwy yesterday during second shift, and the experience completely blew me away. Beyond the food being hot, fresh, and on point, what really stood out was the incredible character of the team.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has great service from the manager and staff, who are patient, professional, and attentive. The food, including the Zalads, is delicious and fantastic, especially the chicken. However, the fries are described as nasty and not a fan. Some reviews note the menu is just meh and the service has gone down hill at more than one location. Also, a street person came in and his lack of cleanliness was unappetizing. The building was clean at one location.
