I try to come here every couple months because I think it will be better, if you’re not the first car in line at the drive thru don’t even bother. It’ll take 45 minutes to get your food. Everytime I go I sit in line for 10 min, leave and go to canes. This zaxbys is Just another fast food restaurant ruined by Dixie hwy.

For some reason this place thinks nobody eats coleslaw. They always ask, do you want your coleslaw? Yes I do. But when I get home, no coleslaw. If I didn't want my coleslaw, I would say that. Chicken is good though.
Zaxby’s is a joke because I had this for the lines of water a salad you tell me welcome to Zaxby’s one moment and then you come back 11 minutes later and take my order and then when I get around that there’s no one in line so yeah I don’t know how to take orders back to back so that when the people get around that the food will be ready like I used to work in Fast Food in it’s almost like these people literally don’t know what they’re doing, but AnyWho, you get a Line backed up for no reason because you don’t know how to take the orders and let them push them out. Why are you waiting for the people to drive around isn’t saying to slow food.Also, the chicken eat fresh and the eggrolls are cold the chickens go t Zaxby’s is it no no
