Philip Parrino and I went to Zaxby’s at 807 Blankenbaker Pkwy tonight. We are members of the Zax’s Rewardz Group. We used our mobile app to see how many points we had and if they had any specials. We decided to use our $5.00 reward. We placed our online order and drove straight to Zaxby’s and went into the restaurant. Our order was ready and we had already paid online for it. I usually have good things to say about Zaxbys. This time, we both noticed that their chicken had way too much salt. We were hungry so we ate it. Will go back. One bad experience here won't never have me coming back.

Adam I think that was his name was very nice and welcoming to my family of three the other night I came to Zaxby's for the first time he explained the menu to me and recommended things to try overall 10 out of 10 experience definitely deserves a raise thank you Zaxby's for hiring
