Let me set the scene; Jtown, lunch time, Monday afternoon around 1pm, service was awful. The shift manager working that day was very hateful when we came in to pick up 4 mobile orders. We first noticed the attitude when we went through the drive-thru and were told we had to come in to pick up. Once inside, the guy behind the counter was confused as to why we were inside picking up our orders.
