Yummy lol no problem every time I go it's great
They always get my order right. They bring it in a timely manner.
Bad costumer service, the lady at the window is very rude, it happened twice, I won't go back there!

KFC is a restaurant that offers enjoyable food, with varying experiences in service. The food is outstanding and offers a genuine Kentucky Fried Chicken experience with lots of choices on the menu. Some customers have found the initial service to be less than ideal, such as being directed to use a kiosk for ordering, which can be challenging for those unfamiliar with the technology. However, there have been instances where staff members have shown great kindness and assistance, improving the overall experience. The drive-through staff can sometimes be rude and rushy, but other staff members are incredibly prompt.
In terms of food, there have been inconsistencies in receiving extra crispy chicken as ordered, with issues arising during fryer cleaning. On the positive side, the value of the big box deal has been praised for the substantial amount of food provided.
The lunch crew, in particular, has been commended for their exceptional performance, and it is hoped that their management is aware of their contributions to customer satisfaction. The overall atmosphere is very welcoming, though the bathroom cleanliness could be better. Parking is easy with many spots and good wheelchair accessibility.
