“Walked in didnt get waited on even after finally saying hello twice. It was 11 a m. No one there.
Left and went to drive thru. Was imnediately acknowleged but no apology when i said we were in store not waited on.
The girl was very polite and the service was perfect. The food was fresh and great. We go here often but someone should be in front to tahe orders. Our fries were missing. I called and she answered after 20 rings. She did replace fries. And was apologetic.
We will still go there because of her sincereity.“

“Stopped in Saturday to grab some lunch with a friend as we were passing through to pick up some race car parts. When we pulled up the lot was packed and we thought there's no way we'll get a table. Much to our surprise we were seated immediately! Our server (can't recall her name) but was from Crab Orchard KY originally which is right up the road from where I live was fantastic and attentive! We figured it would be a while before we got our food which was fine but man were we wrong. It was hot fresh and on our table in under 10 minutes and the portions were massive. Everything tasted absolutely amazing and the greens are something out of this world! We have zero complaints whatsoever and it's honestly worth the 3 hour drive one way just to come up there and eat again. Best chicken livers and fried chicken hands down!“

“Always great food! Wish they'd come out with some new sandwiches to try more often. But always great service, great people, and great food. Wish they'd scan my receipts there though. I've tried going online like it says on the bottom of my receipt but they'll only let you record one receipt a week. If I buy their product I should be able to get my receipts recorded for my rewards.“

“The food here is a must try! We got the hot tenders roulette box and a couple of sliders and fries thinking it’s just tenders and sliders so that should be enough for 4 people. Boy were we wrong!!! The tenders are huuuuge and the sliders might as well be chicken sandwiches and the heat was just perfect!!! Service was fast and great! Very clean place. Highly recommend this place for all hot chicken lovers!“

“One of the best experiences I had all day like a hungry caniac starving ready to eat my arm off the cashier Lou greeted me in a happy-go-lucky mood ready to get a order going full of energy and very friendly I had to get the manager just to praise Lou ! I always get consistently good service on Dixie highway at this raising Cane's I have never ever had a issue a messed up order or even left the parking lot irritated and that's easily done with me! My only problem with the franchise of raising Cane's is the fact that southern Indiana does not have the first they're everywhere else they are delicious and I crave it sometimes do yourself a favor and put one on veterans parkway!!!

“Bought a hash brown and spicy chicken burrito for breakfast. Ate the literal 1st half of the burrito without a single bite of spicy chicken. I very rarely eat breakfast, let alone fast food breakfast, and i don't plan on it anytime in the near future either.“

“My husband and I ordered lunch for our son’s class (12 total). The customer service at this location was EXCELLENT!! Everyone was so friendly and kind. They even went above and beyond and gave the kids awards and pencils. Thank You Raising Canes staff at the Highlands location. Hands down our favorite restaurant 👏 👏 👏“

“This place is always on par, delicious each and every time. Today was a special day as we Dee for a server and I will tell you this man delivered! From the moment we sat down to the moment sorry we left this man treated us as if he has known as all of our lives like family. This was truly the best experience that we have ever had at any restaurant hands-down. The entire time he was making jokes and checking on us. He was extremely happy and it truly shows how much he cares about his job. If you ever get the chance to have him as a server, I HIGHLY recommend it!“

The location is super clean, the food quality is excellent, and overall it’s a great value but an even better experience to visit this Lee’s location! I can’t say enough great things about! “This review is long overdue. If I could give this establishment more than five stars I would! Everyone knows and loves the food at Chic, but what this location offers is something special. It is the cleanest, brightest, happiest fast food restaurant I have ever been to!“

“Best chicken place in Louisville in my opinion, except I am not a fan of whatever that stuff is they sprinkle all over the fries. The fries are Nasty! I won't eat them at all, even without the sprinkle stuff on them. Just not a fan of their fries, but rest of the food is Fantastic!!“

“I have eaten Krispy Krunchy Chicken at many locations in the south. These franchises are usually located inside gas convenience stores. They are all the same, but operate at different times. This is the best fried chicken no one has ever heard of according to another website. This is truly the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. Even cold out of the refrigerator, it is fantastic. But it is best when freshly cook or warmed in oven.“

“I really like the customer service here! They are so polite. It's a gas station but I ordered Krispy Krunchy chicken. The men working there are pleasant and before I left with my food, he stopped me to make sure I had napkins. I'm a sucker for good customer service. 😄“
