“The food was really good, but the dining room was disgusting. Still had food on a bunch of the tables left over from previous guests. The floor was a mess with trash everywhere and food. The sweet tea tasted like metal, which means they don't scrub the tea urns at night time like they should.“
“Dined In for grandmas birthday because we wanted a place with basic southern food but a nice view. The food was just that, basic, not bad but not superb. The menu had decent options and fun things to try like fried banana peppers , nachos , burgers and a lot of variety of chicken. The few was great , laid back atmosphere, and 99 wings special on some days. The food did take awhile and came at different times. All in all, I liked it and would go back.“
“Got the flyer in the mail so ditched our plans to go here. Worth it! Wanted to try the wings. The cashier made a suggestion and we went with 6 piece honey BBQ combo and Todd got a 12-piece combo. I got coleslaw as my side and he got the mashed potatoes. Ranch for the dip. These were delicious! I'ma have to come back for the other flavors. A crispy wing covered in a flavorful sauce. The ranch cools the spiciness. I loved it. Good mouth feels. I couldn't even finish and Todd cleared his 12 and his side but couldn't stay for desserts. So good. Can't wait to come back for more.“
“And they was super busy it the only one I go to the food always fresh and hot service great and very clean and it the only one that ever has pot pie when u ask for them the other always say were out 90 percent of the time but if this one out they offer to cook one for you great “

“I recently met some friends for dinner at The Eagle and our collective experience was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. From the friendly staff, to the fun atmosphere and the AMAZING food, the evening was perfect. I had the fried chicken, hush puppies and collard greens. Delish!!! I look forward to going back soon.“
“Wow! The food really is yummy! The owner welcomed us as if we knew him for years. I don’t know his name, but wish I found out since we are best friends now. This guy was so nice and happy to see us even though we didn’t know him. Just look at him rushing over to ask how we are doing! The food was all organic, and no fake ingredients, we were told. My new best friend told us all about the cooking process, and how much attention to detail is used, and you can tell it is really true. We came from Michigan, and we might just drive all the way down here just for this place! Definitely come to this place if you want the best food in town.Kid-friendliness: It’s great!“
“I make a stop at Royals every time I travel through Louisville! The food was delicious as always, got tenders with spicy wedges and mac n cheese. Replaced my usual bourbon shake with the pink lemonade wimce I had a 6 hour drive ahead of me and it was so refreshing.“
“My favorite place ever. I love that all the food is allergen friendly (gluten and dairy for me). Best chicken and sweet potato fries ever. I wish they would put one on Dixie Highway in either Valley Station or PRP. It would do great over here.“
“Placed our order, we both got chicken tortilla soup. The soup was not up to temperature. We took our soup back to counter and asked if we could get some hot soup. The young lady sent it back and asked the "gentleman" in the back for 2 more due to the temp not being warm enough. The "gentleman" in the back seemed like it was a hassle and said to the young lady behind the counter, "I JUST sent 2 through the window"The young lady said, well, they weren't hot. We obviously got 2 new cups of soup, which were just right. My complaint is simply this, you have 3 gentleman working in the back preparing food for the consumer and 1 "gentleman" complaining about doing his job, correctly!!! If the soups not hot, just do your job and replace the soup with hot soup. Nobody twisted your arm to get this job, you obviously wanted or needed a job, so do it right and or don't let the customers hear you react like an adolescent!!!“
