“20260603 Ordered online. When I arrived, I was greeted by a very nice employee at the drive thru. She informed me that there was no fried liver left. I swapped it with the gizzles to keep things simple. My hotel was just next door. I got to my room, the food was cold and the fried gizzles and chicken were no hot or crispy. It was disappointing. For warm food, it was still good. The sides were good. I really like the green beans. Maybe it was because I ordered an hour before closing?“

“Ever since the manager Carson made my order right I come here every time and the cashier I have had every time is Trenton. He has made it the absolute best experience the kid is a natural. The staff is always quick, polite and everything. I will always drive 45 minutes to go and get me some nice dinner from a very well restaurant anytime especially for this ZAXBYS.“

“Been dining in here at this location for a while now and out of all of my visits nothing seems wrong, Clean inside of all the tables and the food seems to be standard. Also the customer service is good nothing screaming red flags or anything. Definitely continue to come to this location.“
