It was the grilled chicken. She gave it to me. Wasn't thrilled but wasn't disgusting. Processed chicken, but what do you expect? Did have the charbroil grilled look.“

“Just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen who served me thursday sept 24th. I had some bad news so wasnt gonna be able to cook dinner. Walked in trying to grab some sandwiches. These gentle were so accommodating to all my sandwiches which needed this and not that. They ended up making me laugh and i bought a cookie. “I've been to Culver's 3 times in my life, and 2 of them was this location....there are differences in locations for real. This location has been WAY BETTER than I thought it would be both times. I'll leave this review based on my most recent visit. I had always wanted to try the fish so I finally did and I'm glad i didnt order the 3 piece because I couldn't even finish the 2 pc meal due to all of the AWESOME fries and the 2 very large pieces of fish. The food was fantastic and my fiance has the pot roast sandwich meal and she absolutely loved it, I tasted it too and it was just like what she cooks at home, perfect. The biggest thing I noticed, other than the food, was how friendly the staff was and how much fun they had interacted with each other. They were laughing and having a good time, something you don't see at ANY fast food place. They must enjoy their jobs. Also, the fried pickles were amazing. The $39 price tag was steep but since the 2 basically had 2 meals out of one meal, I'd be more than happy to spend $39 at Culver's than $5 at McDonald's. We'll be back for sure.“

Customized food met expectations, with the exception of their not having any sausage patties due to an "ordering oversight" however the sausage crumbles did suffice. It's really easy to make people happy if you're just nice and care enough to do your job right/as best you can“

It’s always clean, food is always fresh and very single young person that works in there has excellent customer service and is genuinely kind.“

“Ordered a saja Boy meal this morning and got just the breakfast sandwich what a disappointment. Sandwich was good but literally only went there to get collectables. When u asked about the deal they just looked at me and didn’t offer to correct. Had to go to work so couldn’t complain in person had to move on. Make sure you get what u pay for.“

“i got there about 946 PM and the inside was locked even though the doors say 1030PM. No big deal so I hit the drive thru. The fries were cold and the roast beef sandwich tasted and smelled funny. “I left a review a few months ago. The GM Joe thanked me for leaving the review my next visit. He remembered it was me because I had voiced the same compliments I gave in my review. That's what you call over and beyond customer service. He always makes me feel like I'm his favorite customer.I got the ghost pepper sandwich tonight. WOW!!!! IT IS AMAZING! There is bacon in every bite very large burger that's reaches edges of bread . Plenty of cheese and queso and the orange bread is just fun!!! Also the chicken wraps are a must try and my son's fav. This location gets all the stars. You can tell the staff respects their manager as he leads by example. I like having a place I can go even if I have to wait a few min for a hot fresh and always accurate order. Thanks Joe and team. Setting the bar high in providing great service ??“

“Went on 4/3 National Burrito Day and even though the store was crazy busy we still received fast and friendly service. The store was running smoothly from a customer pov, no arguing or bickering between team members. All of the staff were extremely friendly and had smiles on their faces. And someone, that I believe to be the manager, was reassuring the waiting customers that they would be served shortly. Highly impressed with this store!“

“I have eaten Krispy Krunchy Chicken at many locations in the south. These franchises are usually located inside gas convenience stores. They are all the same, but operate at different times. This is the best fried chicken no one has ever heard of according to another website. This is truly the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. Even cold out of the refrigerator, it is fantastic. But it is best when freshly cook or warmed in oven.“
