“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

“I was visiting my son and grandson and we went to drakes last night. I had never been before but I can’t wait to go again. First and foremost I wish I’d have gotten the name of our server. She was the best I’ve ever had! She was so kind and attentive and I hope management will recognize her for the gem she is! The food was amazing as well! I ordered the tempura shrimp and it was delicious! I also ordered the crab rangoon roll and it was so good! My whole family loved everything they ordered! I wish you could open a drakes in the Illinois quad cities! Thank you for a nice dinner!!“

“We Eat Culver's All the time but today was the first time we went inside. And Oh My Gosh. It was Amazing! So Hot and Perfect! Juicy Burger, Fries Crispy! But I have NEVER had a better Root Beer in my life!! I love this Jeffersonville Location!“

“I left a review a few months ago. The GM Joe thanked me for leaving the review my next visit. He remembered it was me because I had voiced the same compliments I gave in my review. That's what you call over and beyond customer service. He always makes me feel like I'm his favorite customer.I got the ghost pepper sandwich tonight. WOW!!!! IT IS AMAZING! There is bacon in every bite very large burger that's reaches edges of bread . Plenty of cheese and queso and the orange bread is just fun!!! Also the chicken wraps are a must try and my son's fav. This location gets all the stars. You can tell the staff respects their manager as he leads by example. I like having a place I can go even if I have to wait a few min for a hot fresh and always accurate order. Thanks Joe and team. Setting the bar high in providing great service ??“

“Stopped by Culver’s for dinner and it was a really solid experience. The ButterBurger was hot and juicy, and you can tell it’s made fresh to order. The cheese curds were crispy and flavorful, and the frozen custard was the perfect way to end the meal. The place was clean and the staff were super friendly.

Only thing I’d say is the food took a little longer than typical fast food, but that’s probably because they make it fresh. Overall, definitely worth the wait and I’ll be coming back.“

“It's White Castle so if you decide to dine here, keep that in mind. I'm not a hater, but this was special occasion for Valentine's and the chain did an amazing job embracing of the fact this isn't the typical place to go on Valentine's Day. This location did a rock star job of hosting!!! I highly recommend you make the reservation and enjoy the experience. We had a great time. I had the shrimp and it was good after I removed most of the thick breading. Fries were delicious. My friends all ordered sliders with fries or onion rings. We loved seeing families bring kids in all dressed up in Valentine's outfits. What a treasure to have an affordable place for Valentine's Day. Our check was $45 for 4 people. The memories created, priceless. ❤️“
