“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

“I was visiting my son and grandson and we went to drakes last night. I had never been before but I can’t wait to go again. First and foremost I wish I’d have gotten the name of our server. She was the best I’ve ever had! She was so kind and attentive and I hope management will recognize her for the gem she is! The food was amazing as well! I ordered the tempura shrimp and it was delicious! I also ordered the crab rangoon roll and it was so good! My whole family loved everything they ordered! I wish you could open a drakes in the Illinois quad cities! Thank you for a nice dinner!!“

“We Eat Culver's All the time but today was the first time we went inside. And Oh My Gosh. It was Amazing! So Hot and Perfect! Juicy Burger, Fries Crispy! But I have NEVER had a better Root Beer in my life!! I love this Jeffersonville Location!“

“I left a review a few months ago. The GM Joe thanked me for leaving the review my next visit. He remembered it was me because I had voiced the same compliments I gave in my review. That's what you call over and beyond customer service. He always makes me feel like I'm his favorite customer.I got the ghost pepper sandwich tonight. WOW!!!! IT IS AMAZING! There is bacon in every bite very large burger that's reaches edges of bread . Plenty of cheese and queso and the orange bread is just fun!!! Also the chicken wraps are a must try and my son's fav. This location gets all the stars. You can tell the staff respects their manager as he leads by example. “This is an extremely clean and well kept “Fast food” restaurant. I say fast food in quotations because when you are seated and eating it feels nice and cozy like a sit down restaurant.
Food quality and taste is again amazing for fast food, and the service was also good and staff was very friendly.
The restaurant was extremely clean, with employees actively wiping down tables and maintaining the dining area.
Bathrooms were also exceptionally clean and well cared for.
We also found our food to be priced fairly, especially in comparison to other fast food chains all while maintaining a MUCH higher level of food quality than these other big names.
