The new lids don’t have any sort of tab to cover the drinking hole now and anytime I’m carrying them and it’s anywhere near fill the coffee sloshes out all over my hand now. Bring back the old lids please 😭🫠“

“usually when I come to this Wingstop the food is amazing the service is amazing I never have any issues but on Friday July 17th at 12:30 a.m. I came in got my food the food is great but when I go to get my fountain drink every soda in the machine is hot and flat no carbonation when I said something to them the manager acted like he had a problem came out pushed the the drink thing in and said it works I was like taste it and he just walked off another employee came out and tasted it and said yeah it didn't taste good but it was fine it was just hot I'm pretty sure fountain machines the soft drink's supposed to come out cold not hot regardless if you have ice or not they did end up giving me a 20 oz bottle out of the fridge but I had to ask for it they need to get their machine fixed“

“We had an event at Upland, in their large banquet room, last week, and it was not a simple set up or take down for us. Anna and the team at Upland allowed us enough access, beforehand, to transform the room into something spectacular. The appetizers and meals were top notch, served buffet style, with beef, chicken, salads, vegetables, potatoes, vegetarian skewers and more. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and the guests were all happy with the food and how we had set everything up. The were a few hiccups, like the bar having limited choices for guests. It was that there were not choices, but better known brands were unavailable, though their own brands were (and some were pretty good). Also, the staff was so stealthy, that we didn’t realize dinner had been served. We also weren’t sure how to turn some lights on when it got darker outside. Those negatives did not have an affect on the overall party and how it was received, though. I give the an 9 out of 10, knowing that those things wouldn’t happen again.“

“I do NOT recommend this place. We went with a party of 15 this afternoon and had a truly disappointing, awful experience. We arrived shortly after they opened. We were the only ones on the outside patio the entire visit (just shy of 3 hours) and the inside dining room never got very busy, but you'd never guess by how terrible the service was. It took nearly 2 hours for (most of) our food to come out, and even then, several orders were wrong. Our drinks were rarely filled. Our waitress and other staff may have been stretched too thin, but did the manager ever come out to speak with us or try to make things right even once? nope! The food and beer prices are high and not worth the price. (Food arrived cool and tasted ok... not worth the prices.) No apologies were offered before we left after paying our expensive tabs. We will not be back. Don't waste your time! They clearly don't care about getting return customers.“
