“I had the chicken dinner, with potatoes, dressing, and roasted carrots. It was a wonderful dinner. Our server was helpful and personable. We took some friends with us that had never been there. He had corned beef and cabbage, and it, too, was delish! They want to go back. Good food, good service.“

“Came to Saints last night for a football game. As usual, they are a busy spot for game time and we had to wait for a seat. No problem- we grabbed a drink at the bar and went outside where we still had game visibility. Upon returning inside, we found a table. The server in our corner bounced around serving every single table around us as we sat for 30+ mins waiting. No "I'll be right with you", nothing. I made eye contact with her several times and she continued to avoid us. At one point, she even walked by and put her hand flat up beside her cheek almost to "block" her view of us as she walked by. Watching her serve other tables.. you could feel her attitude- rolling her eyes at people, huffing and puffing as she walked around. Busy, I get it. But don't be a server at a very busy restaurant if you aren't capable of still making it a positive experience for the customers. There was only two of us- not difficult. I finally got up and stood at the bar waiting for her to come out of the kitchen. After chasing her down, I asked if she was the server for our table. She just stared at me. So I said "No? Ok..." and just walked back with intentions of finding another server. She followed me to the table..pulled out her ordering tablet and stared at us. We politely (and awkwardly) ordered our entire meal and more drinks because we weren't sure if she would ever return. After we ordered, she literally just walked away. Not one word came out of her mouth the entire time. At this point, I asked another server to send a manager over. Jamie came by and completely changed the tune. She showed concern, listened, and sincerely apologized. Only thanks to Jamie, the remainder of our visit was wonderful. She took care of us from all angles- although she shouldn't have to do take one of her servers tables when she is busy managing her own tasks. Food was excellent and we will be returning but I can't say I'd be happy if I saw the same server in our section. It was extremely unpleasant until Jamie took ever. Thank you Jamie!“

You aren't hit with a "well that was a lot more than I thought it'd be, because I'm not a mathematician calculating my volume of yogurt and candies person." “This place is amazing. I actually forgot to take pictures because I was too distracted talking to the owner about the amazing atmosphere and Ethiopian language and his experiences as an immigrant in the US and his very fancy coffee machine that he was very proud of ("the Telsla of coffee makers", he called it! He showed me how it works, and it is - in fact - the Tesla of coffee machines). So not only was the service and atmosphere absolutely inviting, the quality of human interaction I experienced was remarkable. I spent a full hour just talking and asking questions and getting to know the people working that day. Also - they have a printer available for anyone to use (pay like $.15/page or something) - all you have to do is email them and tell them "hey im having this printed and I'm going to come get it in half an hour" - which is such a thoughtful service to offer, especially for those of us who dont have a home printer but still need to be able to print resumes and school assignments or various forms required for daily adult life. So - if you're just looking for a great cup of coffee or a tasty treat, I would highly recommend this place. My medium coffee and baklava (a generous serving) came out to $11 - very reasonably priced. If you are looking to connect with new people and experience a sense of community and perhaps indulge in a bit of cultural exchange, in addition to enjoying a delicious coffee, I can assure you that you wont be disappointed at Abol Cafe.“

“It doesn’t get better than osheas! You should visit this fine establishment any day that ends with “Y”. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, dinner, milkshakes, or drinks this is the place to go. Exceptional service from the whole staff all the time, every time! Kevin, Ryan, Lance and all the other personable staff there make every visit special. The foods delicious and the menu options are great!“

“Out of towners trying this breakfast/brunch restaurant out for the first time! outside atmosphere was adorable and gives a feel of "home". Patio seating and seats outside under a tent, where the outside bar is! The wait time was about 45 mins for a table, but that was perfectly okay because of the outside bar and porch to wait! cornhole, table jenga, and connect 4 games were also outside, so there are things to do while you wait. the food is spectacular. Try their homemade jams and hot sauce! You won't be disappointed! Service was excellent. We sat at the bar, bartender was great (Jasmine), and the wait time for our food was under 10 mins. I ordered the BIG BAD BISCUIT - Make sure you have room in your belly because the portions are extremely generous! I could only eat half of the biscuit! Very clean, "homey", and just an overall wonderful experience. Great Job!“

“I decided to try this coffee place which is in Hotel Marty. It's a small space with chairs and tables. Since it was December, they had some holiday themed drinks and I tried the white Christmas which is a white chocolate mocha and cinnamon flavor. They were doing some construction work at the time but it's a nice little place to catch up with friends and relax!“

“My first time going. It was the last day of Louisville Taco Week. I got each of the three tacos they were offering. The Basic Betty Smash Taco, The Jalapeño Popper Smash Taco and The Love Child Smash Taco. There is too much to list for each taco, just know that they all have a different type of smash burger in it. Each one had it's own different flavor, I took one bite of each and each bite was better than the last. I'm not sure if these are on the regular menu, but if not they should be. When I got there my cousin was eating a carne asada eggs roll, I ordered one but didn't try it just yet, but she said it was fire. I want to return and see what else on the menu I'm going to enjoy. “We went to MozzaPi with our 4 year old grandson last night and had the best pie! The staff are amazing, welcoming and kind. We had a little spill incident with the 4 yo and they were so very understanding. Thank you to the lovely woman at the order counter. She rocks! The food was outstanding! “Been here 4 times and they're great every time. Huevos Rancheros are a go to. My favorite dish is the Chipotle Poached Huevos! The Cuban Coffee is a perfect blend of espresso and raw cane sugar. “We had dinner at the taphouse Saturday night. Their food is delicious! We had the giant pretzel, blue cheese burger and the crack salad. I wanted to lick my plate. I had the Quaff on Hoosier Red beer on tap and my husband had the Nepo Baby and Foggy Geezer, both IPA's. We both loved them! But, what really made our night was Missy. She was so ever attentive and was very friendly. We loved chatting with her. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. 5 Stars definitely!“

“Truly one of my favorite places in Louisville to grab a pint, a very, very tasty pint in fact. If you're a fan of hazy IPAs, I recommend you look no further than my favorite tap of Fuzzy Fields. As the name suggests, this perfectly golden and yes, fuzzy, hazy IPA sends tingles to every last one of your taste buds. The ambiance is very relaxed. Beer tenders are all kind and friendly. You can bring your dog. No food served but Nulu is stacked with options you can bring in to munch on while you sip glorious beer. They have a really great trivia event every Sunday at 5:00. Jake, the host, is fantastically charismatic and puts together a challenging but fun to play game.“

The restaurant itself was clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. They have a parking lot right next to the building, but it was full so we parked in the overfill lot across the street (not far at all) Would recommend!“

“Good barbecue and can feed two. They do give you decent portions. We got the bug platter or something like that. You get a choice of 2 meats and 2 sides. Do check before you leave as they forgot to give us the second meat. Fortunately we live nearby so it wasn't a big problem. Also, although they are open until 8 pm the time before when I went at 6 pm they were out of 4 of their meats. Go early would be wise if possible.“

“My husband, and I live down the road from El Chato Taco Truck. We've been meaning to stop by and try it. Definitely the best place to get authentic real tacos. My husband got the California Burrito, and I got the Steak Tacos. We enjoyed every bit of our food. We will definitely be coming back.“

“Popped into this establishment on a whim. Heard a song I liked and seemed like great ambiance. It was a rainy midweek evening and ended up staying many hours. The bartender Michael made excellent Old Fashioned. We enjoyed it so much and told they were having an event on Friday and invited us to come back. So we did. Now on a Friday it was far more lively even though it was another rainy night, and the great cocktails continued. They had a really great selection of bourbons as well which was a nice surprise. They also have a patio bar in the front of the building and had one last drink while waiting for our Uber.“

We came in and ordered the brewed coffee special very close to closing time and because they were out of the brew, they made us a cup using pour over method. Firstly, the service was amazing. Not only did they take the time to make us a cup, the gentleman then came over and talked to us about the coffee, waited to make sure we liked it and offered us a "regular cup" if we didn't. Needless to say, the coffee was wonderful. It was Kana Hawa - limited edition African blend. I think it was the coffee of the month. It was light and floral with hints of lavender and jasmine. I normally add a bit of cream to my coffee, but this was so tasty it stood well on its own. We will definitely be returning for the service first but also for the delicious coffee! I was also impressed to see lunch offerings, wine, and cbd gummies!“

“We did a distillery tour and tasting. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the history of prohibition craft spirits and the prohibition exhibits were very informative. I love the back story of them and their own shady past. Prior to the tour we could order drinks and they had drinks from the 20's and 30's. The tasting was informative also you can try more than burbon as they also have rum, gin and tequila.“
