Flavor on the burger was excellent. They tout frying with a blend of sunflower oil and tallow - I wonder how often they change it because the fries had an acrid aftertaste. I still ate them all.
Jay went above and beyond to serve our group on our way to the Louisville Airport. And man, this was a fantastic burger. The quality of the ingredients is obvious from the first bite. There is a passion behind this food. Oh, and the fries are cooked in BEEF TALLOW!! If you are a local - please support this trailer often. It’s a Louisville treasure!

Absolutely amazing smash burger! Fries hit the spot as well. I'm a huge sauce fan and Jay's sauce shouldn't be on the burger only, use it for dipping sauce with fries as well! If you're a ketchup fan, they will give it out with fries as well. If you need Grass-fed beef for your patties, this is your spot for a quick local bite of goodness!
