I did not like the aspect of the Frappuccino, they did it with very bad taste, it does not have the same flavor, I was also very disappointed with the service. I will never go back to this Starbucks.
Honestly, my experience was pretty satisfying. And because of covid, I've experience extremely terrible customer service. So, my experience here was like a breathe of fresh air. The girl with red hair that took my order was extremely inviting, she greeted me as soon as approached the register while the guy that was making my drink made it perfectly to my liking; with almond milk and not too sweet. I can GO Here Once in awhile The main one I Go to is on Shelbyville Rd By the post office and Mall. I love there coffees And Although this one is Very POPULAR AND Lines are ALWAYS AROUND THE BUILDING It's worth the wait. The Staff are Always Friendly and Polite.
