It's rare that we have a date night on a weekday with two young children, but tonight was the exception. When I realized our anniversary was falling on a Wednesday, Perso was the first place that came to mind. Perso's Prix Fixe Menú is available every Sunday through Wednesday and offers a three course meal for $29. It's no secret that I'm a fine dining enthusiast; but who doesn't love a bargain? Perso serves outstanding dishes, including exceptional salmon, artichoke dip, and fromagia pizza. The chefs table offers a delicious sampling of the cuisine, and it is highly recommended to let Chef take charge of the dining experience. The building is gorgeous, and the service is fantastic, making it perfect for special occasions. Prices are around $240 for a four-person dinner. The drinks are strong, bursting with flavor and aromas that complement the meal. Duck confit is executed masterfully, and the baked pasta with bolognese is a highlight. Perso is a wonderful experience and highly recommended for a "treat myself" meal or to show someone a little love.
