“I go out of my way to go to this particular Rally's. It's clean and I trust the people making my food to do it properly. When you're standing at the window picking up your order you can see inside the window where they're making the food. It's a well-round kitchen and I appreciate that. The brisket sandwich is really good.“

“I am downgrading the atmosphere since many places want you to use the kiosks. People don't clean the tables or sweep the floors much now due to it being almost self-serve. Many workers don't come into the lobby unless it is to end or begin shift. Prices go up and service goes down.“
