They know that I don't show up but about every 3 months to get this special treat and they have always done an awesome job by hooking it up but mostly, I want to recognize them for respecting me and always treating me as if I am in that Restaurant or drive - thru once a week. “I walked in and it was cold & I asked a guy & a lady is it cold in here and she said are you cold & I said I'm not sure I just walked in and the guy & lady said if you are just let us know and we will fix the heat because we want you to be warm ! “This specific Wendy's is hit or miss with customer service. Either its super great or super terrible and has been this way since it's opening.My last visit the staff was rude and short with me and it took 30 minutes to get 3 meals.We were very excited when this wendys opened as there are limited options here in Mt. Washington, but it has 90% disaster.“

“It almost hard to believe how high the quality of the food and service is here. The chicken sandwich is the best I've found anywhere, and the fried fish rivals what I'd normally pay $18 for. Sure, it costs $1 than other places but they don't prompt you for adding a tip to the payment. Plus they deliver the food to your table. Other restaurants should follow this business model.“
“I love their Oriental Chicken Salad and it's my MUST HAVE. Always fresh and crispy. Their Perfect Margaritas have me spoiled. My favorite! Our server was so patient and attentive, even while we waited for friends, who were stuck in traffic, to join us. She was sweet and friendly. We will be back...again and again!“
“My wife and I have found a new favorite place to eat. The menu is full of different things to try. We have dined in twice, so far, and both times, the food was excellent. My wife loves the lettuce wrap burger. It fits her needs with what she can eat. The California style double combo is my go-to burger. The staff is pleasant to be around, and they seem to be happy with their work environment. We introduced my mother to Freddy's by taking her out to dinner there, and she has already made plans to go back. All in all, I believe we have found a great new restaurant to eat at. “This is the second time I've been here and everything is great. The food is great, the employees are awesome and take great care of their customers and the atmosphere is just like home! I recommend this place if your looking for a burger any way you want it. In my opinion it's the best burger place I've been to. The rueben burger is fantastic.“
