I walked in and it was cold & I asked a guy & a lady is it cold in here and she said are you cold & I said I'm not sure I just walked in and the guy & lady said if you are just let us know and we will fix the heat because we want you to be warm ! I thought that was very nice of them because most places will freeze you to death to keep the worker cool in the back.I think this lady must have been a manager & the guy I'm not sure he was on his lap top computer.Mt Washington McDonald's...read full review
Best McDonalds Visit Hands Down Fixed an issue with my mobile order when a certain item couldn't be provided by substituting it for another item The manager April was very kind and helpful with the issue. The staff were also respectful and patient. Spotless lobby and mens bathroom Fresh food as always. 10/10 would visit again

Came for lunch just after 12 noon on a Sunday. McD wants you to use the kiosks. We waited for a person. When using the kiosk, it is difficult to order "special" food items. Food was just okay today. Usually, the burgers are better. Today, they were dry and tasted like cardboard. Other McDonald's have better burgers.
