Based on the reviews, this Zaxby's location has very nice staff and is usually very clean. The food, including super crunchy and juicy chicken, is often cooked to perfection. Service is good with helpful recommendations, and the new milkshakes are a must-try. However, some experiences vary. One visit found dirty tables with employees not cleaning, and another reported a 3 piece Zac Snack with two very small chicken pieces, leading to disappointment over quantity and quality control. Overall, the atmosphere is great, but consistency with cleanliness and portion sizes is a noted issue.
