I just left the Arby’s Valley Station where my service is usually pretty good however this time to order two combos with potato cakes and root beers first they tried not to give me my root beers then when I get home they didn’t give me the potatoe cake s I literally spent 26$ for two medium drinks and two sandwiches and now they won’t answer the phone and I knotted they are open for another hour. Missing about half of what I ordered and the drive through people are kinda shouty
The one working the counter Madeline shouldn't be working the counter. She wasnt instead in helping when questions was asked. Lemonade wasnt working i asked she gave me no help. She wasnt customer friendly at all. She was more concerned with the nose rings and everything else.
