waited 45+ minutes for a chicken sandwich, redbeans and rice and coleslaw. ordered on the app so after 40 minutes I asked for a refund to be told they can't do it. When I replied with fine give me my food the manager finally bagged it and slung it at me saying here you go. Never got a sorry for your wait or anything. I dont know if they skipped over my order, forgot about us or was just too lazy to bag it up. This Popeyes is a disgrace to the Popeyes name.
Our food was totally wrong. Ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and it was original chicken with a spicy sauce. Ordered mild tenders and they were original. Fries were cold and nasty and dumped in the bag. Ordered a Pepsi and coke and got diet on both. Not happy with my experience.
December 19, 2020, 5003 Preston Hwy Louisville, KY my Husband brought 8 pieces of chicken w/ slaw, mash potatoes, rice. He ate one piece as soon as he got home, chicken was still hot, he tells me he feels funny. After I got home from work, tap a nap, wake up, I ate. piece, later, my stomach was cramping. the chicken was 2hr old when I ate it, we both had to drink some Pepto bismo to settle our stomachs. we'll NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! 😞
