When visiting KFC, the service can vary but this time it was excellent. A customer who had placed a drive-thru order found one of their sides missing, but after calling and speaking to Clarissa, the issue was promptly resolved. The staff was able to locate the receipt, take down the customer's name, and offer to replace the whole meal. Another customer had a positive experience with the quick and friendly service while getting the big box chicken sandwich meal. However, one customer expressed disappointment with the coleslaw, stating that it lacked mayonnaise and consisted mainly of cabbage and lettuce.
