Great location, but they are extremely slow. I waited for almost 5 minutes just to have my order taken at the counter. Most of the time the food is fresh and warm but there have been several times where it's so cold and old that it's not even edible. We placed an online order a few weeks ago and they gave the food to someone else and made my husband wait for almost 20 minutes, he finally had to walk in and ask for the food and they did not even show our order. Chicken was ok but the guy at counter couldn't understand. Repeated order 3 or more times. As for extra biscuit got in car and only one biscuit. Went back in and was told he didn't charge me for it even though I repeated several time wanted to charge me for it. I walked out. He didn't give me senior discount even though I repeated it several times. I think people should be at the counter if they don't understand what you are talking about

Service has improved tremendously over the past few months, along with food freshness - though it can still be hit and miss. I always order a spicy chicken sandwich, but I still occasionally get a sandwich that was made a few hours ago and has been sitting under a heat lamp.
