Absolutely the most disgusting Popeyes Louisville, Kentucky. I threw the sandwich out the window before I could even exit the parking lot, old fish sandwich it was saturated in sauce and grease. I wasn't even worth asking for a refund since I had already asked for another bun to put it on. Do not eat here!

I am really bummed because this is the second time this Lenten season that I have gone to this specific popeyes, ordered a fish sandwich and gotten back to work to find out it was chicken. Can you please discuss with the employees listening to and repeating back an order to the customer.

My entire order was wrong. Asked for fish and got chicken. Asked for diet coke and got cherry coke. I am diabetic too and Catholic and it's lent and I can't go back and return my order because my lunch break is over. I also had to say hello hello hello at the speakerbox and they were NOT busy.

Service has improved tremendously over the past few months, along with food freshness - though it can still be hit and miss. I always order a spicy chicken sandwich, but I still occasionally get a sandwich that was made a few hours ago and has been sitting under a heat lamp.
Great location, but they are extremely slow. I waited for almost 5 minutes just to have my order taken at the counter. Most of the time the food is fresh and warm but there have been several times where it's so cold and old that it's not even edible. We placed an online order a few weeks ago and they gave the food to someone else and made my husband wait for almost 20 minutes, he finally had to walk in and ask for the food and they did not even show our order. What they did end up giving him was messed up and he had to have it replaced and unfortunately it was cold and old. Most of the employees are friendly, but the service is poor most of the time.

The drive out there was worth it because there isn't one out here in the area of Frankfort or Shelbyville.The customer service was excellent, and the food was delicious, hot.

I was at Popeyes drive thru order #53 at 648pm on 1/5/24 and received unedible chicken tenders. Were extremely hard and dry and looked to be only dried batter. I'm very disappointed after waiting for 30 minutes in the line. Why would this ever be allowed. Has to be a holding time for this food. Very sad that Manager allows this to happen. Their number is 654-7590.
