They were having a struggle this morning but they were still professional about the circumstances behind the late orders and gave an extra item to make up for it. Thank you for your service

The McDonald's restaurant on Shelbyville Road offers a mixed experience to its customers. While some enjoy the hot and salty fries and the cheerful staff, others find the hamburger happy meal lacking. The indoor play area for kids sets this location apart, with an improved post-pandemic service. The food is sometimes put together a bit sloppily, but it is generally good. The kids have fun on the Playland, though some equipment may be damaged. This location is focused on the drive-thru, and customers in the dining room are sometimes ignored. The breakfast sandwich is usually correct. Overall, this Middletown spot is a good option for those craving McDonald's fries.
The reviews indicate that the food quality and service can vary, with some customers reporting fresh and hot food, while others find the burgers a bit thrown together. The drive-thru service is praised for its friendly and efficient staff, while the dining area cleanliness could use some improvement. Despite these mixed experiences, the location remains a convenient option for a quick meal.
