Extremely long wait in drive thru...they never put the extra onion, pickles and ketchup on my sliders ...I've asked every time and don't get it !!!!

At 85, i've never known a White Castle to be as friendly and pleasant as this Middletown location. It's a pleasure to go there.
Clutch for third shift. I work third shift, I get a break at 12:00 a.m. And if, I don't eat during the day, this is the only meal, I can get. But this location is usually fast and it's convenient. Food's always hot and good.

White Castle offers good quality food, especially for Valentine's Day. The staff goes above and beyond, creating a fun experience. Despite the long wait times, the food is fresh and enjoyable. The employees provide exceptional service with positive attitudes and work hard to keep up with the crowd. They are constantly on the move, communicating effectively with unwavering positivity and kindness. The young man at the drive-thru was delightful, and the sweetest woman ever working the drive-through made the experience amazing. Customers can enjoy a Sausage, Egg, Cheese Slider anytime, as well as Fanta Grape and Orange beverages.
