I waited in line with only 3 cars in the drive thru for 18 minutes. They are the slowest White Castle that I've ever been in. They talk a lot, and when they have a long order, they should tell that someone to move up. The person in front of me and myself finally pulled off. I went to Mac Donald's instead and when I rode back by that same black trunk was sitting at the window with around 5 cars still waiting. It's bad, bad customer service and it'll be awhile before I go back there.
