The food is always good, but they consistently get my order wrong. This is a problem that is consistent across all Dunkin restaurants. I go to Dunkin always expecting the order to be wrong. This is only an issue when they put dairy in my non-dairy drink or they give me coffee when I ask for tea, because those have health effects on me. Thought I would give this location another try after renovating. Donuts are never fresh. Always thawing from previous night or morning. Got bagel today & was stale. New slogan…Dunkin’ Do Better ?

Loved my frozen caramel coffee. The Newburg & Fern Creek locations have started charging extra for the whip creme, but this location (Shelbyville Rd) does not. There is new management at the other 2 location & have suddenly raised their prices, per the employess. I will go out of my way to use this location from now on. Thank you, Shelbyville location. ???
