Two managers (man and wife) were extremely rude to me asking for a refund because I found a roach in my coffee after my ice melted! I then witnessed them being even more rude to their employees! Reflects their service, The employees looked miserable which should not be the energy inside of any workplace at all. Would not recommend this dunkin ever. I am extremely disgusted and disappointed at their food, service, and atmosphere all together

Placed my order at 6:31 in the morning via GrubHub and this location pushed my ETA back three times! All for two egg sandwiches and some donuts! Canceled my order and will never place another one in the future. You just lost a customer for life. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I ordered through the drive through and payed. He didnt get my drink right and since there was a car behind me I just came inside to show him on my phone what I wanted since he didn’t understand what I was saying. He then argued with me about what I ordered and said you can see the board. Since I was in the passenger seat I couldn’t see the board and was reading off what I wanted from the app. He then tried to charge me for another drink. I love Dunkin and this place has always been amazing but im so disappointed.

The food is always good, but they consistently get my order wrong. This is a problem that is consistent across all Dunkin restaurants. I go to Dunkin always expecting the order to be wrong. This is only an issue when they put dairy in my non-dairy drink or they give me coffee when I ask for tea, because those have health effects on me. Otherwise, I just expect to get something different from what I ordered every time. It's a bit like a mystery box. As long as whatever I get is around the same price I paid, I'm not too upset.

Thought I would give this location another try after renovating. Donuts are never fresh. Always thawing from previous night or morning. Got bagel today & was stale. New slogan…Dunkin’ Do Better ?

The cold brew was surprisingly good. Smooth and not bitter. The donuts were generally flavorless, plasticky, and fake tasting.

Loved my frozen caramel coffee. The Newburg & Fern Creek locations have started charging extra for the whip creme, but this location (Shelbyville Rd) does not. There is new management at the other 2 location & have suddenly raised their prices, per the employess. I will go out of my way to use this location from now on. Thank you, Shelbyville location. ???
