Chick-fil-A is a newly opened location that offers a welcoming atmosphere with polite and professional staff. While the restaurant aims to provide a positive dining experience, there have been some issues. One customer noted missing fries and had to go inside to retrieve them, but found the employees to be nice and apologetic. Another visitor praised the timely service during a busy rush, making it a good option for those near Baptist East or Suburban Hospital. However, some diners have experienced inconsistent food quality, with cold fries and greasy chicken on recent visits. Traffic around the location can be challenging, especially during lunchtime, leading some customers to prefer other nearby Chick-fil-A locations. Despite these drawbacks, the restaurant remains wheelchair accessible and continues to attract visitors.
