The service really depends on the day and what time of the day you go. I've had pleasant visits here, very respectful employees, food is hot and fresh even though they ask you to pull forward and wait (which I'd rather do than get cold/ old/ sitting out too long food!) and other times, I've had experiences that have been less than subpar, where the employees are rude and disrespectful, they rush you ordering and like you're an inconvenience. The guy taking and expediting our order made a couple mistakes but remained unruffled. He was still courteous and accommodating after three returns to the drive up window on the one split order (one ticket or Bill but two bags). kudos to that guy he's a rare duck these days.

Food is always fresh and the staff is really awesomeKid-friendliness: Got good variety on the menu for kids, only thing I would have to complain about with the kid selection is at least a coloring page/book or some kind of cheap entertainment for the kids
