We went through the drive-through Monday evening...really enjoyed our food...however, we were shorted a family salad and I haven't been able to reach anyone to see if that could be corrected.
We really liked the pizza and the side was just enough. Great prices.
Great fettuccine and breadsticks.

Fazoli's is a restaurant that offers hot and fresh Italian food at reasonable prices. The staff, including Anisha, are friendly and provide great customer service, ensuring orders are correct and offering additional bread. The menu has a variety of options, with vegetarian choices available, and the "Choose two" deal provides smaller portions at a fair price. The restaurant is clean and family-friendly, with a ramp at the front door for accessibility. While the parking lot is smaller, finding a spot hasn't been an issue. The restaurant serves good pasta, breadsticks, and drinks, presented in a fast food style. The decor may seem out of date, but it doesn't matter to many customers who are regular visitors. Staff are generally friendly and efficient, though occasional experiences with inattentive employees have been noted. The food quality remains consistently good, with many enjoying dishes like spaghetti with meat sauce, ravioli, and the Dreamsicle cheesecake. The manager is often friendly and checks on guests, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Fazoli's is a solid choice for a tasty and affordable Italian meal in a family-friendly setting.
